Commercial renovations can be difficult, not only for the direct customer, but also for all the other tenants that may be inconvenienced due to construction. We strive to reduce renovation related complaints. We make it our business to know our customers’ requirements and concerns. From ensuring worksites are safe and clean to controlling materials that may cause discomfort to the tenants. We have internal policies and practices that reduce renovation related complaints. Examples include;
· New carpet is off gassed off site for at least 72 hours prior to installation.
· No using VOC producing products if tenants could be affected. These products would have to be used after-hours unless approved by client.
· Elevators are not to be used to move construction material during tenant high use times (ie: lunch time, end of day)
· No HVAC work will commence if it will interrupt HVAC delivery in other occupied tenant areas.
· Use of hammer drills or high impact tools during regular office hours to be approved by Client prior to use.
